COMPUTER AND COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA INVENTORY SYSTEM (tGestor)

The company Tecnomática, Automática y Comunicaciones, was created in 1980 and belongs to the CUPET Business Group of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Cuba.
One of the most misunderstood tasks of a computer services company is the control of the inventory of clients' computer equipment. It is a job of collecting all the information related to the equipment that is to be stored for later evaluation.

The system, (with the provisional commercial name tGestor), is composed of the following modules:
• Manager.
• PC and mobile agents.
• General module.
• Security module.
• Accounting module
• Media module.
• PC module
• Incident management module.
• Mobile phone module.

Manager Module
The Manager Module is a web application that allows you to integrate:
• Computer Inventory Control.
• Accounting.
• Incident Management.
• Mobile Phone Management.
PC and Mobile Agents
• Collects hardware information (motherboard, microprocessor, memory, etc.).
• Collects software information (installed programs, antivirus, operating system updates, etc.).
• Collects mobile information.
• Allows you to customize the way information is delivered.
Security Module
• Authenticates through the active directory for network users.
• Defines the active directories with which you will work.
• Allows you to assign roles to users.
• Implements a Log.

General Module
• Receives information from inventory agents as well as files with the inventory of PCs isolated from the network.
• Detects changes automatically.
• Generates alerts for hardware changes.
• Allows you to define areas of material responsibility.
Accounting Module
• Import areas from accounting.
• Import assets from accounting.
Media Module
• Allows you to define media categories.
• Creates new media manually.
• Maintains the History of movements of a media.
• ​​Allows you to perform advanced searches.
• Allows you to know which media do not have an assigned area.

PC Module
• Allows you to configure the PC file.
• Add new PCs and their components manually.
• Import PCs from a file.
• Allows you to know the users with local administrator permissions.
• Allows you to perform advanced searches.
• Allows you to print the PC file.
• Allows you to print a general report of the PCs.
Incident Management Module
• Allows you to design reports.
• Facilitates the review and assignment of technicians.
• Provides follow-up.
• Allows you to send the media to the Workshop.
• Resolves incidents.
• Validates the solution.
• Allows general searches to be performed.
• Allows advanced searches to be performed.
• Allows alerts to be resolved.

Mobile Telephony Module
• Allows requesting, reviewing, approving, finalizing and delivering a medium.
• Completes the APK or Mobile Agent.
• Allows defining the types of services.
• Allows manual capture of mobile data.
• Allows reports of extraordinary events to be made.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES:

• Stores the inventory history, changes in the equipment.
