UEB Automática Industrial: entrusted with responding effectively to the industrial automation needs of clients, prioritizing CUPET entities and other MINEM companies. An important part in the execution of projects with comprehensive solutions in information technology, automation and communications. It also guarantees technological transfer, support, personnel training and total backing for our industry.

Application Support UEB: Organizes the stable and effective operation of SISCONT and other computer applications through a high-quality professional support service. It provides technical support to the applications developed by Tecnomática and implements them in our clients' offices or premises. Its leading product is Siscont.

Commercial UEB: Responsible for the supply of equipment, parts and pieces and imported supplies to guarantee the operation of other areas and services of the company, the maintenance of CUPET's infrastructure and the execution of planned investments. It also markets the services performed by other areas of the company, including the constant supervision of their acceptance by customers.

 Market Group: Serves customers and suppliers to achieve the satisfaction of their needs, conducts market studies and promotes the company's products and services. Guarantees the processing of international documentation for visas and work permits. 

Sales and Collection Department: makes the relevant contracts and reconciliations with the client. Serves the supplies warehouse, for the arrival of the merchandise, subsequent dispatch and delivery to the client with the support of the Logistics UEB. 

Import Department: manages purchases from foreign suppliers, including requests for offers and competition with suppliers, selection of the best option, contracting, transportation (import, inspection at origin, customs, etc.), until receipt in the company's warehouse.

UEB Development of Computer Systems: Responsible for developing and implementing integrated computer systems that allow for increased effectiveness and efficiency in process management. The computer solutions are developed on different technological platforms and are also integrated with network and industrial automation systems.

UEB Assurance: Guarantees the company's logistics process in terms of contracting, purchasing, payments, transportation and supply of nationally produced inputs and company services. Organizes and repairs the company's fleet of vehicles and is responsible for the general maintenance of the property.

Metrological Services UEB: Provides a variety of metrological services throughout the country through five Territorial Metrology Centers (CTM), which are: CTM Havana, CTM Mayabeque, CTM Cárdenas (Matanzas), CTM Sancti Spiritus and CTM Santiago de Cuba.

Infocommunications UEB: Manages, administers and provides technical support to CUPET's and other clients' data network systems, both for local networks and network nodes and data centers. Operates applications and services that add value to the network. Executes projects to improve or develop the infrastructure and infocommunications services.

Financial Accounting Department: Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the processes of the economic, accounting and financial activity of the entity.

Human Capital Department: Directly manages and supervises the Human Capital Management and Human Services Systems.
